As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS).
Robust understanding of application configuration and support processes.
Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability issues effectively.
Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Document Management Systems (DMS).
This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
