We are looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS

Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI

Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

A/B test ad creatives, copies, and audiences

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes,



and best practices

Requirements & Skills

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager

JavaScript

Robust understanding of performance marketing and funnel strategies

Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Basic knowledge of landing pages and CRO is a plus

Positive communication and reporting skills
