Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International E-Commerce (Voice Process)

Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or Customer Support.
Prior experience in an International E-Commerce process is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice support.
Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or BPO.
Mandatory experience in an International E-Commerce process.
Experience in Voice, Chat,



or Email Support is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts within the business operating hours.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary
Up to ₹45,000 per month (In-Hand), based on qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule
5-day work week.
2 rotational weekly offs.
Shift window: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (9-hour rotational shift).
