SUMMARY:
As a Software Development Lead, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the success of the projects and clients.

Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the team in implementing best practices for SAP BODS SAP Data Migration.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.




Mentor junior team members in SAP BODS SAP Data Migration techniques.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality standards.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP BODS SAP Data Migration.
Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes.
Solid understanding of SAP Data Migration methodologies.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies.
Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration tools and techniques.

Valuable To Have Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration.
Knowledge of SAP Data Quality Management.
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BODS SAP Data Migration.
This position is based at our office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
