Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse, including receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock records (manual and/or ERP/software-based) for inward and outward material movement.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of components for assembly lines.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and matching against purchase orders/invoices.
Maintain proper labeling, categorization, and storage of components to avoid damage, loss, or misplacement.
Coordinate with the purchase department for reordering materials based on minimum stock levels.
