Role & responsibilities
Supervise and manage all aspects of the OPD pharmacy & store operations.
Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing pharmaceutical operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels.
Monitor prescription filling processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to customers regarding prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and health-related inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a skilled and timely manner.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a protected and clean working environment.
Collaborate with pharmacy management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, current medications, and changes in regulations affecting pharmacy operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 8 to 12 years (Pharmacy Background)
Qualification: D. Pharma / B. Pharma / Any Graduate
