Key Requirement:
Looking for Bench Sales candidates with solid prime vendor contacts and relationships in US IT staffing.
Preferred Experience:
35 years in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
Proven experience with H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and USC consultants marketing.
Existing network with prime vendors, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients
Robust track record in submissions, interviews, and closures
Positive understanding of US Tax terms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
