Front Desk Executive – Hospital

Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the hospital reception, assist patients and visitors, and ensure smooth front office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
Register patients and create/update patient records.
Schedule and manage OPD appointments.
Guide patients regarding hospital services and departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
Collect and verify patient documents required for registration.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.




Address patient concerns and escalate issues when required.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare front office (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Hospital Management Systems (HMS) is preferred.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
