Job Summary

We are hiring a Billing Executive to manage customer billing at the checkout counter and ensure accurate, fast, and friendly service.

Responsibilities
Process customer bills using POS system
Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments
Apply correct pricing, offers, and discounts
Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds
Maintain cash balance and daily reports
Assist customers with billing queries

Requirements
Minimum qualification: +2
Basic computer and numerical skills
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Retail/cashier experience preferred (freshers welcome)
