Responsible for inside sales support, order processing, import-export documentation, customer coordination, and commercial operations to ensure timely execution of orders and smooth business transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order conversion.
Review Purchase Orders (POs), prepare order acknowledgements, and coordinate order execution.
Prepare and manage export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, LUT, and shipping documents.
Coordinate import documentation, customs clearance, CHA activities, and shipment tracking.
Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal departments.
Maintain sales MIS, order tracking reports, and commercial records.
Support vendor registrations, customer approvals, and compliance documentation.
