Act as a hands-on lead who plans work, estimates accurately, mentors junior developers, and collaborates closely with management and clients. Manage web services and IIS hosting/security, respond to defects quickly, and recommend tools and process improvements to keep systems current.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of skilled software development experience
Demonstrated development lead experience in a software company or product team
Strong proficiency in .NET and C#
Hands-on experience building ASP.NET web applications (MVC/Core/Web API)
Solid JavaScript skills for front-end functionality
Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and web service security
Working knowledge of IIS for hosting, configuration, and deployments
Experience analyzing requirements, performing system analysis, and translating specs
Proven debugging, troubleshooting, and legacy code refactoring experience
Ability to deliver well-tested, documented, production-quality code
Robust task breakdown, estimation, and prioritization skills
