Role Overview

The Senior HR Manager will lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This role requires solid experience in managing both plant and corporate workforce within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead hiring for plant, corporate, and sales roles

Develop and execute workforce planning strategies

Partner with business leaders to fulfill manpower requirements
HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI,



labor laws, etc.)

Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation

Maintain HR records and ensure audit readiness
Performance Management

Drive end-to-end performance appraisal cycles

Implement KPI/KRA frameworks

Support performance improvement initiatives
Employee Engagement & Retention

Design engagement programs for plant and corporate employees

Handle grievances and disciplinary processes

Drive retention and workforce stability
Learning & Development

Identify skill gaps and implement training programs

Develop leadership and succession planning initiatives
HR Business Partnering

Act as a strategic partner to leadership

Align HR initiatives with business goals

Drive organizational development and change management
