We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate will be responsible for initial customer engagement, follow-ups, site visit coordination, and maintaining robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
Generate and qualify leads through calls.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update CRM records.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
Support sales conversions through effective communication and relationship building.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Achieve assigned lead generation and follow-up targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good presentation and customer handling skills.
Qualification:
Graduate (Any Stream)
Prior experience in real estate sales/pre-sales is preferred.
Salary:
3.5 Lakhs To 5.5 Lakhs Per Annum
Working Days:
[Monday-Saturday: 10am -6:30pm]
