We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to provide in office technical support, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and systems. The candidate should be comfortable with field work
and client interaction. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in IT hardware installation, troubleshooting, and onsite support. You will work directly with clients to ensure timely resolution of hardware issues while maintaining service quality and documentation standards.
Requirements:
> 2+ years of experience in IT hardware support
> Basic knowledge of operating systems and troubleshooting
> Willingness to travel for field work
> Positive communication and problem-solving skills
