Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle leads provided by the company.
Contact prospective clients and understand their real estate or funding requirements.
Explain the company’s products and services to potential clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling and conversion.

Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid client-handling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Prior experience in real estate, finance, funding, or business development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
