Job Summary:-
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to support techno-commercial proposal preparation, tendering, and bidding activities for Water & Wastewater Treatment and Solid Waste Management projects.
The role involves preparing quotations, cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities :-
Preparation of techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Review and analysis of tender documents, RFQs, and customer requirements.
Preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and bid documentation.
Coordination with Design, Sales, Procurement, and Project teams for proposal inputs.
Preparation and submission of tender documents within deadlines.
Maintaining proposal records and bid documentation.
Supporting the sales team during technical and commercial discussions with clients.
Vendor coordination for obtaining quotations and technical inputs.
Desired Skills :-
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Robust analytical and documentation skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Basic understanding of STP, ETP, WTP, CETP, and Solid Waste Management projects will be an added advantage.
Qualification :-
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
