Talasha has been mandated to hire an Assistant Manager- Last Mile Operations for a funded apparels brand based out of Delhi. In this role you will manage and optimize end-to-end last-mile delivery operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution, robust partner coordination, and high customer satisfaction through productive operational management and data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesLast-Mile Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth daily execution.
Monitor delivery performance and address operational bottlenecks proactively.Partner & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and effective service.
Manage escalations and resolve operational issues to maintain service standards.Performance & KPI Management




Track and drive key operational metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), First AttemptSuccess Rate, Route Adherence, and related KPIs.
Identify trends, analyse performance gaps, and implement improvement initiatives.Reporting & System Updates
Maintain accurate MIS reports, POD completion, and real-time operational updates insystems.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting for operational visibility and decision makingGood to Have-Experience in overseeing last mile operations of D2C brandsExperience in owning key delivery metrics (On-Time Delivery (OTD), First Attempt Success Rate, Route Adherence, and related KPIs)Experience in creating MIS dashboardsCTC - Upto Rs.10LPA (Basis last drawn)Location- Delhi, Okhla
