Key Responsibilities:
Lead product listing processes, including content coordination, image management, and specification uploads.
Expand and improve product categories on the platform.
Add recent products to the catalogue and ensure all details are accurate and complete.
Review and maintain high-quality listings, ensuring correct content, images, and specifications.
Analyse category performance and work on improving product visibility and listing standards.
Manage, mentor, and guide the product listing team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
Set team objectives, monitor performance, and drive the team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
Allocate tasks, track progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure productive execution of product listing and category development activities.
Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines and internal quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
3 5 years of relevant experience in category development, product listing,



or merchandising in an e-commerce setup.
Proven experience in handling product catalogues and listings across multiple platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Solid attention to detail and hands-on knowledge of spreadsheets or listing tools.
Prior experience in team handling, performance management, and achieving team targets/KPIs.
Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.
