Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
Experience:
812 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3–5 years in the hospitality industry.
Hands-on experience with hotel PMS, POS, and other hospitality software systems.

Property Management Systems (Opera, IDS, Prologic, etc.)
Network Administration (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Server and Database Management
Cybersecurity and Data Protection
CCTV and Access Control Systems
