Promote upselling and cross-selling.
Explain product features, pricing, purity, and certification. Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product presentation.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company SOPs, security guidelines, and billing procedures.
Assist in stock management and inventory verification.
Requirements * Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales.
Valuable communication and sales skills.
Customer-focused with a qualified appearance.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work on weekends/festivals.
