Key Responsibilities
Drive Protective Coatings business and achieve sales targets.
Develop business with industrial customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and government projects.
Identify and convert project opportunities into business.
Manage key accounts and provide technical-commercial support.




Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and application teams for project execution.
Ensure timely collections, customer satisfaction, and solid channel relationships.
Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

Requirements
Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering or any relevant discipline; MBA preferred .
8+ years of experience in Industrial B2B/Project Sales .
Hands - on experience in Protective Coatings, Industrial Coatings, Corrosion Protection, or Construction Chemicals .
Robust experience in Project Sales, Institutional Sales, and Key Account Management .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
