Role & responsibilities
Lead overall business operations and strategic planning.
Drive project execution from planning to handover.
Monitor project budgets, cash flows, profitability, and cost control.
Develop annual business plans and growth strategies.
Strengthen relationships with clients, investors, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
Oversee contracts, commercial matters, procurement, and risk management.
Review project MIS, progress reports, and key performance indicators.
Ensure statutory, legal, quality, and safety compliance across projects.
Mentor senior leadership teams and build a high-performance culture.
Identify recent business prospects, partnerships, and expansion avenues.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Sales & Marketing, and Project teams for organizational efficiency.
