Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to contract closure.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed wedding bookings.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' vision, preferences, guest count, and budget.
Present customized wedding planning and dcor proposals aligned with client requirements.
Build robust relationships with prospective clients through timely communication and follow-ups.
Prepare detailed quotations, presentations, and commercial proposals.
Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams.
Monitor conversion rates, average booking values, and revenue performance.
Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and customer experience.
