We are seeking a Chat Support representative to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support, assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
Assist customers in navigating the website and using our services effectively.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries to appropriate departments.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement.

Two way cabs with nodal points within 40km radius, no last minute drops due to nodel routes, please keep the expectation set from day1
