Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities include operational and strategic HR roles such as recruitment, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement and continuous employee support, learning and development, performance management, people analytics and culture building.

Active operational involvement is incumbent on interested candidates to ensure continuous, enriched grasp of our service delivery processes and procedures, cooperative culture, and global business objectives. Leadership responsibilities will increase with your performance and contributions to the firm.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a high caliber, intellectually curious HR professional with 4 - 6 years of experience who is interested in creating value for and working collaboratively with our growing team.





You should have a full time MBA in HR from a leading university in India or abroad and experience working as HR professional handling the entire gamut of HR functions in corporates, legal services firms or other qualified services firms.

You should have first-rate comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an orientation towards learning and accepting intellectual challenges. Ideal candidates have a broad-based positive attitude, strong written and verbal English communications skills and a desire to work as a member of a high-performance global team. In addition, you should be digitally proficient to engage with emerging technology and apply technology to elevate our people, processes and results. You should be collaborative, open to working with a diverse group, and interested in dynamic, progressive and evolving work and responsibilities.
