Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological sampling as per quality protocols.
Maintain QA/QC records, reports, test results, and documentation accurately.
Assist in implementing and maintaining Food Safety Management Systems.
Investigate quality deviations and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Support current product trials and process validation activities.
Follow all statutory and company quality policies.

Desired Skills
Male candidates, Freshers only.
Basic knowledge of food quality standards and food safety regulations.
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI requirements, and laboratory practices.
Positive analytical and observation skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates willing to relocate to Delhi or Bilaspur (Haryana) will be preferred.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
