Hiring: Senior Python AI Backend Engineer

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Experience: 6+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Key Skills Required
Solid expertise in Python and backend development.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
Proficiency in FastAPI, Flask, or Django for building scalable APIs.
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ and asynchronous processing.
Solid understanding of System Design, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git, Linux, and Agile development methodologies.





Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable AI-powered backend applications using Python.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed backend systems.
Develop and optimize LLM, RAG, and AI agent solutions for enterprise applications.
Integrate vector databases and AI models for semantic search and intelligent workflows.
Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
Implement secure, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support.
