What You'll Be Doing
Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
Understand students' academic background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Counsel candidates regarding suitable UG/PG programs and admission processes.
Build trust and maintain robust relationships throughout the enrollment journey.
Handle objections professionally and assist students in making enrollment decisions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM.
Consistently work towards achieving individual and team admission targets.

Graduates from any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.




Candidates with up to 2years of experience in Career Counseling, Admission Counseling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales,, Business Development, Customer Support, or Student Advisory roles.
Individuals who are confident in speaking with people and can build rapport over phone conversations.

Skills Required
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
