Roles and Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise on Workday Core HCM modules such as Global Payroll, Advantages, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Procurement to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Workday functionality and best practices.
Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation projects and provide technical support to resolve problems efficiently.
