Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic consulting engagements for global Financial Services clients.
Advise CXOs and senior stakeholders on business transformation initiatives.
Drive large-scale operating model, digital transformation and process improvement programs.
Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
Lead consulting proposals, solution development and executive presentations.




Mentor consulting teams and contribute to capability development.
Drive thought leadership through market insights, industry perspectives and consulting assets.

Ideal Profile
15+ years of consulting experience within Financial Services.
Solid domain expertise in one or more of the following Banking or Payments
Experience leading enterprise transformation or strategic consulting engagements.
Robust stakeholder management and client advisory experience.
MBA from a premier institute preferred.
