Job Title: ERP Application & Integration Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ERP Application & Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications, automation tools, and system integrations that enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations teams to develop solutions that integrate seamlessly with the organizations ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications integrated with the ERP system.
Develop APIs and middleware to enable seamless data exchange between ERP and third-party applications.
Build workflow automation tools to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using ERP data.
Customize ERP modules based on business requirements while following best practices.
Troubleshoot application, integration, and data synchronization issues.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrated systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Document technical specifications, integration architecture, and user guides.
Provide technical support, system enhancements,



and performance optimization.

Required Skills

Solid programming skills in C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and API integration.
Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or similar.
Understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or cloud-based application development is preferred.
Knowledge of Git, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in application development and ERP integration.
Experience in retail, manufacturing, shared services, or enterprise environments is preferred.
