Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager / AGM / GM Real Estate

Location: Noida / Greater Noida

Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate and convert leads through various channels, including channel partners, direct sales, referrals, and digital campaigns.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, project presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the Pre-Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to enhance team productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes,



and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team-handling role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Robust leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in residential and commercial real estate sales will be preferred.
Good understanding of the NCR real estate market and customer buying behavior.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven setting.
