Role & responsibilities
Identify and research recent business prospects within the recruitment and staffing industry.
Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations with HR Heads, CXOs, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Consistently achieve client acquisition and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Maintain accurate lead tracking, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Account Management:




Manage and nurture key client accounts to ensure long-term success.
Identify and develop business opportunities with both existing and recent clients.
Assess revenue potential and align service delivery accordingly.
Oversee account performance, including invoicing, collections, and client satisfaction, while ensuring revenue goals are met.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales/Services, or Institutional Sales/Services is eligible to apply. Candidates with prior experience in the Staffing or Recruitment industry will be given preference
