Site Coordination:
Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Design, Procurement, and QS teams.
Facilitate timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower on site.
Team Management:
Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings,



and regular team meetings.
Cost Resource Management:
Monitor resource utilization to control wastage and manage costs.
Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, contractor bills, and material reconciliations.
Health, Safety Setting (HSE):
Ensure strict implementation of HSE policies in office.
Identify and mitigate safety risks in coordination with the safety officer.
