The successful candidate will drive commercial growth, oversee regulatory processes, develop government and private sector business, and build a high-performing local organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Biosys India's market strategy.Build and lead the local sales, service and regulatory teams.Drive sales growth across government and private healthcare sectors.Manage distributor and key customer relationships.Lead CDSCO registration and regulatory compliance processes.Oversee participation in GeM and other government tenders.Establish local operations, technical support and supply chain.Manage budgets, forecasts and business performance.Qualifications10+ years of experience in the medical device industry.Proven leadership experience managing country or regional operations.Strong background in ICU,
