Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Sophos Firewall settings.
Manage Cisco Meraki switches, access points, and security appliances.
Troubleshoot VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and HA environments.
Perform firewall upgrades, patching, audits, backups, and configuration reviews.
Conduct RCA and manage major incidents.
Design and implement network and security solutions including Sophos, Meraki, SD-WAN, VPNs, and Hybrid Cloud connectivity.
Maintain technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and runbooks.
