FP&A; lead will be responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for MBLs business. This role is pivotal in driving financial discipline, strategic insights, and operational efficiency. The position will also be responsible for preparing and presenting the monthly financial reporting package including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement alongside a suite of MIS reports that support decision-making across commercial, supply chain, and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Strategy
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all business units
Develop long-range financial models aligned with strategic goals and market dynamics
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and investment decisions
Monthly Financial Reporting
Prepare and review monthly financial reporting package comprising:
Balance Sheet
Profit & Loss Account
Cash Flow Statement
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Present financial results and variance analysis to senior leadership with actionable insights
MIS & Performance Analytics
Design and deliver MIS dashboards for sales, trade spend, COGS, overheads
Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, risks, and prospects
Automate reporting processes using ERP (Dynamics 365) and Power BI tools
Business Partnering & Decision Support
Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to drive cost optimization and ROI
Governance & Compliance
Ensure audit readiness and internal control compliance across FP&A; processes
Maintain documentation and SOPs for financial reporting and MIS protocols
