Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of high-rise residential and commercial development projects. The role demands solid technical knowledge, hands-on experience with planning tools, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

?Maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project and other planning tools.

?Prepare baseline programs, monitor progress, and update schedules regularly.

?Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to gather inputs and ensure alignment with project timelines.

?Generate MIS, progress reports, dashboards, and delay analysis reports.

?Identify potential delays and risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

?Monitor resource allocation and productivity to ensure optimal performance.

?Support in preparing cash flow forecasts, procurement schedules, and manpower histograms.





?Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and validate reports.

?Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.

Required Skills Qualifications:

?B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

?5 to 8 years of relevant experience in planning and monitoring of high-rise residential and commercial projects.

?Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and other planning/reporting tools.

?Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

?Ability to evaluate the Risk, Value Engineering, Benchmarking and Cost Optimization?

?Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
