Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – FTL Sales & Operations to lead business development and regional operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing P&L;, developing current business, overseeing operations, and leading a high-performing team across the South Region.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and achieve regional sales targets.
Generate revenue through new client acquisition and account growth.
Manage regional P&L; and ensure profitability.
Oversee day-to-day FTL sales and operational activities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Lead client onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient execution.
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales and operations team.
Prepare MIS reports and business performance reports for management.




Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in Sales & Operations within the Logistics/Transportation industry.
Solid experience in FTL Sales, Project Logistics, ODC Movements, Bulk Transportation, Construction Logistics, or Equipment/Machinery Transportation.
Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
Experience in P&L; management and regional operations.
Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
