Develop detailed baseline schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and resource plans using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Analyse physical progress against planned costs to measure project health and forecast completion dates.
Analyse data to detect potential issues or bottlenecks that could cause project delays.
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation. In the event of disruptions, they play a critical role in conducting delay analysis to support or defend Extension of Time (EOT) claims and contractual.
Conduct and prepare for progress review meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Manage the scheduling of final inspections, testing, commissioning, and client handover tasks.
Assist in compiling as-built schedules and final project closeout reports to document lessons learned.
