End-to-end vendor relationship management with individuals, organizations relating to submitting invoices, reviewing Purchase Orders and making payments.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit loss statements, donations,etc.
Prepare data to the management, investors, and other entities
Maintaining accurate financial records
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies
Computing taxes
Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests
Keeping informed about current legislation and trends relating to finance and accounting related to startups and NGOs
Liasing with the leadership and the team on an ongoing basis
