Position Overview
As an Associate Intern for Ferma. AI , you will support forecasting and insight-generation efforts for pharmaceutical clients. Your work will focus on structured problem-solving, market analysis, and creating client-ready outputs.
Your tasks will include:
- Support development of forecasting methodologies for pharmaceutical markets and assets
- Analyze therapy areas, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to derive actionable insights
- Collaborate with BD and CI teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
Contribute to building repeatable frameworks and templates for forecasting and insights generation
Stay current with AI and LLM advancements , integrate cutting-edge methodologies to improve platform performance and reporting workflows
- Ensure high-quality outputs with robust attention to detail, clarity, and narrative
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure intelligence streams meet the needs of pharmaceutical clients and maximize impact on their workflows.
Qualifications
- Degree in a life sciences discipline
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
