Mital Jewels is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, experience with Tally, and understanding of import-export documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accounting entries and records in Tally.
Prepare and verify purchase, sales, and payment entries.
Assist in import-export documentation and related record keeping.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain proper filing of financial and commercial documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
Understanding of import-export documentation.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
