Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using the latest Pega Platform.
Develop end-to-end case management solutions using Pega best practices and guardrails.
Develop and configure business rules, decision tables, data pages, flows, integrations, and reusable components.
Integrate Pega applications with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution design.

Mandatory Skills




7+ years of overall IT experience.
6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
Hands-on experience in Case Management, BPM, Workflows, Data Pages, Activities, Decisioning, and Integrations.
Experience with Pega GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, or AI-powered automation is highly preferred.
Solid experience in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and SQL.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
