Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Public Speaking Teacher to join our team and inspire

students to develop solid communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for teaching public speaking, debate, and interpersonal communication,

empowering students to express themselves confidently in diverse settings. This role involves

fostering an engaging and supportive learning setting that encourages creativity, critical

thinking, and self-expression.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans on public speaking, debate, and

communication techniques.
Teach students effective speechwriting, voice modulation, body language, and audience

engagement skills.
Organize and oversee events like debates, storytelling, elocution contests, and public

speaking workshops.
Evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and tailored coaching.




Collaborate with other teachers to integrate public speaking skills across the curriculum.
Mentor students participating in inter-school, regional, and national public speaking

competitions.
Foster a protected and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes confidence and

self-expression.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field (Masters

preferred).
Proven experience teaching public speaking, debate, or related fields.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan events and activities.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools for presentations.
Certification in public speaking, communication, or related programs (e.g.,

Toastmasters) is a plus.
Passion for mentoring and inspiring students to grow.
