Mandatory Skills :

M365 and Azure Developer(RRF 57817) should at least be well versed with
• Azure functions
• Authentication and managed identity
• C# development and Robust knowledge of using PnP and PowerShell in M365 and SharePoint Online development.

Overview:

The O365 - SharePoint Online + Migration role plays a critical function in the organization, responsible for effectively managing and optimizing the SharePoint Online platform. This role is pivotal in facilitating information sharing, collaboration, and seamless data migration while ensuring the security and accessibility of key organizational data.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage security and access controls within SharePoint Online.
Lead and execute end-to-end migration activities from on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online.
Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and other key components.
Provide technical expertise and support for SharePoint Online user community.




Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SharePoint Online solutions.
Develop governance strategies and best practices for SharePoint Online usage.
Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SharePoint Online setting.
Evaluate and implement third-party tools and solutions for improving SharePoint Online functionality.
Participate in the planning and execution of SharePoint Online upgrades and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with data protection and retention policies within SharePoint Online.
Train and educate end-users on SharePoint Online features and functionality.
Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of SharePoint Online setting.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures related to SharePoint Online.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in SharePoint and O365.
