We are hiring for an Airport Duty Manager role for our client, an airline / airport operations company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee shift-wise airport ground operations across check-in, boarding, and baggage services
Manage and lead ground staff teams to ensure smooth flight turnarounds
Handle escalations, irregular operations (IROPS), and passenger service recovery
Ensure full compliance with DGCA/BCAS safety and security regulations
Coordinate with airlines, airport authority, and regulatory bodies during the shift
Prepare shift reports and escalate operational issues to senior management
Required Skills:
Robust experience in airport/airline ground operations
Proven team leadership and people management skills
In-depth knowledge of aviation safety and security regulations
Strong crisis management and decision-making skills under pressure
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Valuable to Have:
Prior experience as a duty manager/shift supervisor in aviation
IATA/aviation management certification
Experience managing IROPS situations
