Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Lead to assess the existing SFMC workplace and support the migration to a new marketing automation platform. The role involves working closely with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure a scalable, secure, and effective migration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical assessment of the current SFMC workplace, including Business Units, Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, Integrations, APIs, CloudPages, Templates, Tracking, and Consent Management.
Support the definition of the target-state architecture, including data ingestion, identity management, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and preference management.
Translate business and platform requirements into technical migration requirements,



solution designs, and implementation tasks.
Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure migration follows best practices, privacy standards, and scalable global patterns.
Identify SFMC assets to migrate, rebuild, archive, or decommission.
Support technical decisions regarding SFMC components that should not be replicated in the target platform.
Coordinate with Web Platform, Data, Privacy, Security, Analytics, and Regional MarTech teams to resolve dependencies and technical issues.
Review solution designs, implementation quality, testing strategies, and cutover plans.
Prepare technical documentation, including integration diagrams, migration playbooks, technical guides, and operational handover documents.
Manage and lead the technical team throughout the migration lifecycle.
