Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with solid expertise in RCC structures and water-retaining structures to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural design, site execution, and construction supervision of water tanks, retaining walls, chambers, and other RCC infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Design and review RCC structures, including water tanks, chambers, retaining walls, and other reinforced concrete structures.
Prepare and review structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and technical specifications.
Supervise site execution and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams regarding technical requirements and project progress.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper implementation of RCC and water-retaining structure works.
Resolve technical and construction-related issues by providing effective engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, construction standards, and environmental regulations.
Prepare technical reports, progress reports, inspection records, and as-built documentation.
Support project planning,



scheduling, commissioning, and timely project completion.
Ensure effective quality control and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skills
Robust expertise in RCC Design and Water Retaining Structures.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural engineering principles.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Hands-on experience in site execution and construction supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Proven experience in RCC construction and water-retaining infrastructure projects.
Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial construction projects will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with local construction codes, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines.
