Your work profile

HPC Engineer (L2–L3) – Automotive Organization ( TL role)

- HPC Infrastructure Operations (Run) for on-prem solution

- Manage and support HPC clusters (on-prem / hybrid cloud – should be able to migrate to an hybrid setting)

- Monitor and maintain of Compute nodes at CPU & GPU.

- Provide benchmarking, automation

- High-speed interconnects (InfiniBand)

- Parallel file systems (Lustre,



GPFS/IBM Spectrum Scale)

- Perform incident troubleshooting (L2) and root cause analysis (L3)

- Ensure high availability and uptime (24x7 support model)

- Expertise in Administer and optimize schedulers, primarily on SLURM and other.

Key skills required:

- Troubleshooting of Job failures, queue congestion & resource starvation.

- Optimize job placement, GPU utilization, and compute efficiency.

- Support engineering teams in job script tuning

- Optimizing CPU/GPU utilization, MPI performance & I/O throughput

- L2 & L3 support to simulation team, apps team

- Support Infrastructure as Code where applicable

- Experience in Storage & Data Management especially with Lustre / NFS / GPFS

- Educational Qualification: Any Bachelors
